How much do I earn?
25% of every payment a referred customer makes on the web, for a full 24 months. On the £4.99 Pro plan that's about £1.25 a month. On a Business account it's far more — a 20-person firm on three supervisor seats pays £59.97, so that's about £15 every month from one customer, and it grows as they add people. If you've recruited other affiliates, you earn a further 5% of every sale they make, for as long as their commission runs.
Can I bring in other affiliates?
Yes, and you get paid for it. There's a recruitment link in your affiliate dashboard — anyone who joins through it becomes one of your recruits, and you earn 5% of every sale they make, on top of your own commission. They keep their full 25%; the extra 5% comes from us, not out of their pocket. It's one level deep, and it's paid on real subscriptions only — there's nothing to earn from signing people up by itself.
How do I get lifetime commission?
Refer 25 paying customers and you're moved to lifetime commission permanently — and it applies to your whole book, not just what comes next. Every customer you've already referred keeps earning you commission for as long as they stay subscribed, with no two-year cut-off, alongside everyone you refer afterwards. The count is cumulative, so it can't be lost if someone later cancels.
Should I share the website or the app?
Always share your web referral link — that's where you earn the full rate. If someone buys through the App Store or Google Play instead, the app stores take a big cut, so those subscriptions earn half the rate. Same great product either way (people can use the app after signing up on the web) — but for your commission, point people to your link, not "download the app".
Do I earn on their first month?
Sometimes. People you refer to Pro start with a free first month, and we offer one on some Business accounts too. Where a free month applies there's no payment that month for anyone to earn on, so your commission starts from their first paid month and runs from there. Where it doesn't, you earn from their very first payment. Either way you're not losing anything — the 24 months are counted from the first payment, not from sign-up.
How long does the referral last?
24 months — you earn every month for two full years on each subscription you refer, not just the first month. And once you’ve referred 25 paying customers you move to lifetime commission, which lifts the cut-off on every customer you’ve referred — the ones already on your books as well as everyone after.
How and when am I paid?
Commissions are tracked automatically through Affonso and paid out via Stripe/PayPal once they clear the standard hold. You'll see everything in your affiliate dashboard.
