Affiliate Programme Terms

1. Who these terms are with

The Tickback Affiliate Programme ("the Programme") is operated by Tickback Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16727735), registered office 12 Ford Close, Ferndown, Dorset, BH22 8AA ("we", "us").

By joining the Programme you ("the Affiliate") agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't join.

2. Joining

Joining is free. There is nothing to buy, and no fee of any kind is payable to us at any time. You must be 18 or over. We may decline or close any application at our discretion.

3. What you earn

• 25% of every payment made by a customer you refer, for 24 months from their first paid month.
• Plus 5% of the sale value on every payment made by customers referred by affiliates you recruited (one level only — see section 5).
• Total commission on any single payment never exceeds 30%.

Reduced rate on app-store purchases. If a customer subscribes through the Apple App Store or Google Play rather than our website, Apple or Google take a substantial cut of that payment, so commission on those subscriptions is paid at half the above rates (12.5% direct, plus 2.5% override, capped at 15%). Always share your web referral link.

Lifetime tier. Once you have referred 25 paying customers in total, you move permanently to lifetime commission, with no 24-month cut-off. This applies to every customer you have referred, including those referred before you reached the threshold — from the date you move to the lifetime tier, you continue to earn on all of them for as long as they remain subscribed. The count is cumulative and is never reduced if a customer later cancels.

4. When commission is earned and paid

• Commission is earned on money we actually receive. A customer's free first month generates no payment and therefore no commission; your commission begins from their first paid month.
• A referral qualifies if the customer arrives through your referral link or uses your referral code, and subscribes within the 60-day tracking window.
• Where more than one affiliate could claim a referral, the most recent qualifying referral before subscription is credited.
• Refunds, chargebacks and fraudulent payments are deducted. If we refund a payment on which commission was paid, that commission is reversed against your balance.
• Payouts are processed through Affonso, subject to its minimum payout threshold and schedule. You are responsible for supplying valid payment details.
• You are responsible for your own tax. Commission is paid gross. You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or partner, and you may not represent yourself as any of those.

5. Recruiting other affiliates

You may invite others to join the Programme using the recruitment link in your affiliate dashboard.

• You earn only when a person you recruited makes an actual sale. There is no payment for recruiting anyone, and no benefit arises from the act of recruitment by itself.
• The override runs one level deep only. You do not earn on affiliates recruited by your recruits.
• Your recruits' own commission is unaffected — they receive their full rate. The override is paid by us, not deducted from them.
• You must hold an active account in good standing to receive override commission.

6. How you may promote Tickback

You must be honest, and it must be obvious you're an affiliate.

You must:

• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly wherever you promote us, as UK advertising rules require — e.g. "affiliate link", or "#ad" on social posts.
• Describe Tickback accurately, including its price and what it does.
• Comply with all applicable law, including advertising, consumer protection, data protection and e-mail marketing rules.

You must not:

• Send spam, or message people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
• Make false, exaggerated or misleading claims about Tickback, its features, its price, or any earnings you or others have made from the Programme.
• Bid on "Tickback" or close variants in paid search, or run ads that could be mistaken for our own.
• Use your own link to subscribe yourself, or arrange for others to do so on your behalf, in order to generate commission.
• Offer discounts, refunds, cashback or incentives we haven't authorised, or imply an offer we don't actually make.
• Represent yourself as Tickback Ltd, use our branding in a way that suggests you are us, or register domains, social accounts or app listings using our name.
• Promote Tickback on sites containing illegal, hateful or adult material.
• Present the Programme as an investment, a business opportunity, or a route to income primarily through recruiting others — because it isn't one.

7. Suspension, clawback and ending the arrangement

We may suspend or close your account, withhold or reclaim commission, and cancel referrals, if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe a referral was generated dishonestly.

Either of us may leave at any time, for any reason, with no notice required. If you leave or we close your account, commission on referrals already made stops at that point.

8. Changes

We may change these terms or the commission structure. We'll give 30 days' notice by e-mail of any change that reduces your rate or duration, and it will only apply to referrals made after the change takes effect — customers you've already referred keep the terms they were referred under.

9. General

We give no guarantee of any level of earnings; what you make depends entirely on what you refer. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under the Programme is limited to commission properly owed and unpaid.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
